About the Role
The Member Services team is the primary point of contact for PPL members, providing proactive, high-quality service. The team recruits new members, represents PPL at industry events, and handles member inquiries to ensure accurate accounts and timely royalty payments.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent front-line customer service and administrative support to performer and record company members to maximize revenue and maintain retention.
- Handle day-to-day queries professionally and helpfully, ensuring all interactions are logged in Salesforce.
- Undertake both inbound and outbound activities.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with data policies within the Salesforce system.
- Augment, research, and contact members to drive improvements in data quality.
- Respond accurately and professionally to member queries via various channels, maintaining logs for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop member data management processes.
- Address queries regarding member accounts, repertoire, or payments.
- Explain complex issues clearly, utilizing multiple systems and liaising with different teams.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience
- MS Office, PowerPoint & MS Excel proficiency at an intermediate level
- Strong communication skills
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Ability to manage projects
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Sound decision-making and judgment skills
- Successful candidates will be invited to an assessment centre.
