About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement complex IT system solutions and their documentation.
- Resolve errors using expert and diagnostic systems.
- Analyze and develop networks with a focus on IT security.
- Automate system administration using various scripting languages.
- Provide technical advice, support, and training to clients and users.
Requirements
- Secondary school leaving certificate, Abitur, or equivalent qualification.
- Mathematical and technical aptitude.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1).
- Enjoy teamwork and independent problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel for on-site client assignments.
- Ideally, some prior practical experience, e.g., through a school internship.
- Interest in potentially shortening the apprenticeship to two years if you have prior experience (e.g., Abitur, studies, or previous apprenticeship).
