About the Role
Accurate Personnel is seeking a resilient, high-energy On-Site Manager to navigate the complexities of a fast-paced warehouse environment, pivot instantly when priorities shift, and resolve workplace conflicts with professional poise.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving Client Supervisor and associate grievances, behavioral issues, and site-level disputes.
- De-escalate situations in real-time while maintaining company standards.
- Be available for extended hours and overtime, often with little to no notice, to support client's changing production needs.
- Manage field employees (attendance, coaching, and terminations) in an environment where priorities can change by the hour.
- Walk the floor at least 3x daily to identify potential safety or personnel issues before they escalate.
- Monitor time clock usage for attendance and payroll.
- Act as the vital bridge between the client and Accurate leadership, providing transparent reporting even during high-stress shifts.
Requirements
- Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially when faced with last-minute schedule changes or operational pivots.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the warehouse or industrial staffing industry.
- Ability to create and edit spreadsheets, and work with timeclock reports (i.e Timerack) to support payroll.
- Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.
- Strong ability to work independently and make firm, fair decisions on the fly.
