About the Role

VPG is a global leader in precision measurement sensing technologies, addressing applications where accuracy, reliability, and repeatability are critical. Dynamic Systems Inc. (DSI) is the world leader in thermal-mechanical simulation systems, enabling researchers and engineers to characterize material behavior. This role is responsible for the costing & controlling function for a product line, providing monthly operational reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

Provides monthly operational reporting package with analysis of sales, costs (Material labor & overhead including variance analysis) and profit contribution, including Inventory & work orders control and sox compliance.
Responsible for the product/projects costing, costing parameters & profitability.
Preparation of monthly reporting package, gross margin reconciliations & cost variances analysis.
Responsible on inventory & work orders valuation, control, reserve & physical count.
Responsible for audits review, sox compliance & internal control.
Support management with project profitability, actual cost analysis & cost saving program.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, CPA/CMA nice to have.
7 years’ experience with costing & cost controlling and accounting background in manufacturing environment.
Experience with Syspro ERP system.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, along with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to drive profitability and efficiency.
Advanced Excel skills are essential for financial modeling, data analysis, and report preparation.
International travel is required.
