About the Role

Housing Visions is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Responsibilities

• Marketing, leasing units and collecting rents
• Meeting the needs of the tenants
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and Housing Visions policy and procedures
• Managing cash flow and property budgets
• Handling delinquencies and evictions
• Processing lease renewals and income verifications
• Conducting audits and inspections
• Performing other duties as assigned

• $19-$22/hr
