Guardian Angel Carers is seeking compassionate and caring Live-In Carers to join their expert Home Care team. The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to vulnerable adults in their own homes, enabling them to live safely, comfortably, and independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support based on individual needs
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with outings such as appointments, day centres, and social activities
- Provide meal preparation and nutritional support
- Assist with medication
- Provide dementia care
- Offer personal care and continence support
- Perform light domestic tasks
- Provide end-of-life care
