About the Role
As part of the Proposal Development team, the Proposal Coordinator will guide and facilitate a collaborative process to develop high-quality, competitive proposals for engineering and environmental projects. This position brings together diverse skills and perspectives to ensure each proposal benefits from the strengths of the entire team.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical staff to deliver high-quality proposals to clients and win competitive project opportunities.
- Prepare concise, compelling, and compliant narratives that guide proposal content.
- Participate in strategy meetings.
- Develop storyboards and layouts.
- Create and track action items.
- Monitor task completion.
Requirements
- Two or more years of related experience.
- Two or more years of InDesign Experience.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- An eye for layout of documents.
- Strong personal accountability.
- Collaborative approach in team environments.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Self-starter.
- Detail and task-oriented.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
