About the Role

You will establish the conditions for meaningful controlling, for example, by setting up full-cost accounting and a high level of detail down to the unit level. You will drive the digitalization and automation of the wvm group together with the divisional management. As a business partner to the management, you will create meaningful reports and provide decision-relevant key figures. You will evaluate and optimize the existing controlling system in the sense of a continuous improvement process (CIP). You will develop and establish an effective controlling loop, from goal setting and planning through data collection, target/actual comparison and deviation analysis to the control of suitable measures and performance monitoring. You will take over commercial contract management, from the creation and review of tradesperson contracts and amendments to invoice verification and commercial processing of contractor contracts. Maintaining the property developer software and ensuring high data quality are also part of your area of responsibility. You will carefully create and analyze price comparisons for specialist engineering and tradesperson services. In close cooperation with the project managers, you will oversee the awarding of contracts to architects, specialist engineers, and appraisers.
