About the Role
To undertake housekeeping duties in communal areas, acting as an extension of the Facilities Team with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Attend to housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
- Clean all areas within the Savills remit.
- Restock consumables within toilet facilities.
- Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met for work areas.
- Adhere to fixed timekeeping hours.
- Report maintenance and Health & Safety issues immediately.
- Inform the Site Manager about cleaning equipment stock levels.
- Clean and maintain communal areas, including sweeping and mopping external areas.
- Comply with COSHH regulations.
- Work within relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Attend identified training courses for development.
- Collect waste and transport to the designated storage area.
- Operate ride-on sweepers for external area cleaning (training provided).
- Use pressure washers and other equipment for external area cleaning.
- Assist with other cleaning tasks as required, collaborating with the cleaning team.
- Restock edible items.
- Collect crockery and place in dishwashers.
- Be proactive.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous.
- Good level of English.
- Confident personality and ability to communicate with clients and visitors.
