About the Role

Drive programs that build and evolve Fin's Finance and People systems, from implementation through integration, adoption, and governance. Work across Finance, People, Legal, and Engineering to turn ambiguous business problems into sequenced, funded, and delivered programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Fin's most complex Enterprise Systems programs, spanning multiple quarters, workstreams, and teams.
  • Partner deeply with Finance, Billing, and People teams to translate their problems into effective solutions.
  • Shape initiatives before they become projects by pressure-testing problems, defining scope, and establishing success measures.
  • Manage stakeholders and expectations directly, setting clear delivery expectations and communicating changes proactively.
  • Plan program delivery around business cycles such as month-end, quarter-end, and payroll.
  • Own and communicate the roadmap, driving visibility and shared understanding across teams and stakeholders.
  • Run implementations with rigor, including requirements, functional specs, build oversight, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Actively manage risk by surfacing issues, dependencies, and delays early, providing mitigation options.
  • Lead change management through enablement, communication, and training to ensure successful adoption.
  • Improve planning, governance, and ways of working across the Enterprise Systems team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years managing technical programs and projects end-to-end, with a track record of enterprise system implementations.
  • Proven command of program management fundamentals including planning, sequencing, resourcing, dependency management, risk and issue management, and status reporting.
  • Track record of delivering multiple concurrent workstreams without compromising scope, timeline, or quality.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including setting expectations, holding teams accountable, and influencing decisions.
  • Direct experience with Finance and People systems, specifically NetSuite and Workday.
  • Working understanding of procure-to-pay, record-to-report, hire-to-retire, and billing processes.
  • Practical understanding of business close cycles and planning delivery around them.
  • Broad understanding of Enterprise Systems, including system architecture, integrations, data flows, and SaaS applications.
  • Ability to take ambiguous problems, identify core requirements, and create concrete plans with owners and dates.
  • Excellent written skills for requirements and functional specifications.
