About the Role

As Head of Growth UK/EMEA, you will own the commercial growth agenda for the region, setting strategy, leading the team, managing pipeline, and personally leading high-value enterprise pursuits. You will design complex solutions spanning operating model, governance, workflow, measurement, and AI tooling, partnering closely with delivery and transformation teams to ensure sold solutions are feasible, scalable, and value-led. This senior leadership role combines commercial authority with hands-on deal leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver annual new business revenue targets across UK & EMEA, forecasting accurately and reporting clearly on pipeline health, conversion, and velocity.
  • Create a structured plan for commercial growth, including short and long-term tactics, priority markets, and account-level strategies.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for priority accounts, including account-based marketing (ABM) where appropriate, building repeatable playbooks and growth motions that scale.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across marketing, product, operations, and finance to support sustainable, well-governed commercial growth across the region.
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise pursuits: discovery, solutioning, proposal creation, pricing, negotiation, and contract close.
  • Build and maintain C-suite relationships (CMO, CDO, CIO, and Procurement), acting as a trusted commercial adviser at board level across UK and EMEA.
  • Design complex, multi-stakeholder solutions combining people, process, and technology, including operating model design, governance frameworks, workflow architecture, measurement, and tooling.
  • Position AI-driven platforms and ways of working, including AI-powered content engines, to improve clients' speed to market, content relevance, and cost-to-serve with credibility and commercial precision.
  • Partner with delivery and transformation teams throughout the sales process to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and set up for value-led delivery.
  • Build, coach, and develop a sales team, setting a disciplined sales program and developing individuals to operate with pace and executive credibility.
  • Lead from the front on strategic pursuits, modeling the approach and standard expected across the function.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools across the sales team, establishing best practice and embedding new ways of working at team level.
  • Achieve agreed new business bookings and revenue targets for UK & EMEA within the first 12 months.
  • Build a healthy, qualified pipeline with clear next steps, owners, and timelines within the first 12 months.
  • Increase win rate on strategic pursuits through stronger discovery, solutioning, and executive engagement within the first 12 months.
  • Establish repeatable go-to-market messaging for AI-enabled marketing transformation and content engines within the first 12 months.
  • Deliver strong internal collaboration and handover quality, supporting on-time, value-led delivery for clients within the first 12 months.
  • Full ownership of annual new business revenue targets and pipeline performance across UK & EMEA.
  • P&L management experience across complex, multi-market commercial portfolios.
  • Experience leading enterprise-level fee and contract negotiations at board level.
  • Build commercial frameworks and forecasting governance that support sustainable regional growth.
  • Set AI sales strategy and capability for the UK & EMEA commercial function, establishing how AI tools are used, governed, and adopted across the team.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to enterprise sales, including research, proposal development, solutioning support, and pipeline analysis.
  • Thought leadership on AI's role in marketing transformation, credible and compelling at C-suite level, internally and with clients.
  • Develop AI capability and best practice across the sales team and into client-facing workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in consulting, marketing services, martech/adtech, digital transformation, or a comparable discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver and exceed enterprise-level new business targets across multi-market environments.
  • Experience designing transformation programmes that drive measurable commercial value through improvements in people, process, and technology.
  • Strong executive presence — ability to build genuine, trusted relationships at board and C-suite level, and credibility with CMO, CDO, CIO, and Procurement audiences.
  • Experience building and scaling pipeline creation and management practices, with strong forecasting and governance discipline.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with marketing operating models (in-house, agency, hybrid/inhousing) and the commercial dynamics of ecosystem restructuring.
  • Experience selling AI platforms and/or marketing technology in partnership with services delivery.
  • Hands-on proficiency with AI tools, with the ability to model best practice adoption and drive usage across a team.
  • Experience working with global brands across B2B, financial services, professional services, consumer goods, and retail.
  • Background in business process outsourcing-type agreements — generating, nurturing, and closing complex, long-term contracts with large organisations.
  • Agentic leadership for complex, multi-market commercial challenges: systematic, decisive, and clear in approach to ambiguous or high-stakes situations.
