About the Role
Lead a large interior fit-out project or a larger program for Financial Services Sector clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for individual real estate projects.
- Oversee project planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases.
- Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and scope of work.
- Prepare project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, cash flows, work plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Identify project delivery resources and conduct request for proposals.
- Implement communication plans for meetings, reports, and minutes to ensure stakeholders are informed.
- Ensure project data integrity and documentation accuracy.
- Facilitate project meetings and supervise project progress against goals.
- Report status and variances, and craft action plans to meet objectives.
- Implement change management routines to assess change requests and secure client approvals.
- Assess change requests to determine impacts on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce risks.
Requirements
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience and/or training required.
- Knowledge of industry trends, project management, and construction procedures and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while managing multiple projects and/or programs.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to complete all administrative tasks associated with the role.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet close deadlines, and be on site regularly.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours at times.
- Ability to analyze sophisticated information, organize and prioritize work, and meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to develop plans to address identified issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to self-manage with strong initiative.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a robust environment.
