About the Role

Lead a large interior fit-out project or a larger program for Financial Services Sector clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for individual real estate projects.
  • Oversee project planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases.
  • Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and scope of work.
  • Prepare project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, cash flows, work plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Identify project delivery resources and conduct request for proposals.
  • Implement communication plans for meetings, reports, and minutes to ensure stakeholders are informed.
  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation accuracy.
  • Facilitate project meetings and supervise project progress against goals.
  • Report status and variances, and craft action plans to meet objectives.
  • Implement change management routines to assess change requests and secure client approvals.
  • Assess change requests to determine impacts on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce risks.

Requirements

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience and/or training required.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, project management, and construction procedures and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while managing multiple projects and/or programs.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to complete all administrative tasks associated with the role.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet close deadlines, and be on site regularly.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours at times.
  • Ability to analyze sophisticated information, organize and prioritize work, and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to develop plans to address identified issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to self-manage with strong initiative.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a robust environment.
