About the Role
As part of our team, you’ll help design future operating models that enable the energy, utilities, and transport sectors to adapt, innovate, and lead. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team of experts to support clients in designing strategies, operating structures, and solutions that address their most pressing challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design strategies, operating structures, and solutions for clients.
- Deliver projects requiring strategic design, business analysis, and organizational design.
- Define programme design and ensure coherence.
- Work in blended teams with specialists from across PA.
- Apply a design thinking mindset to resolve complex client challenges.
- Engage and present to clients, communicating recommendations and insights.
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of the team through participatory and federated leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in one or more of the following: shaping business strategy, designing organizational and collaborative structures, analyzing customer/user/citizen value, understanding technology's role in organizational effectiveness, or analyzing and solving problems using a data-driven and human-centered approach.
- Experience delivering within or for transport sector organizations.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with clients and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Confident working independently as the day-to-day client point of contact.
- Must meet residency requirements for UK security clearance (British citizen or resident in the UK for the past 5 years).

- Defining procurement and commercial frameworks
- Defining operating models for capital programmes (e.g., governance and engineering processes)
