Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media channels, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Handle content planning and publication, ensuring timely and channel-appropriate distribution.
- Monitor social media trends and relevant topics, contributing ideas for new formats and content.
- Assist with content research.
- Support the creation of Reels and short videos, including editing with tools like Edits.
- Create thumbnails, graphics, story formats, and other social media assets using Canva.
- Document daily office life, from behind-the-scenes glimpses to team and office events.
- Analyze content performance and collaborate on identifying effective themes and formats.
- Occasionally support other digital marketing initiatives, such as podcasts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media (professional, educational, or personal projects).
- A good sense for social media trends, storytelling, and engaging content.
- Creative with the ability to generate and independently implement ideas.
- Structured, self-reliant, and reliable work approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
