About the Role
As Associate Product Director – Innovation (Maternity Cover), you'll ensure the successful delivery of Trinity College London's Innovation Roadmap and support the launch of new products across our education technology portfolio. This is a delivery-focused leadership role responsible for maintaining momentum across established product initiatives, coordinating priorities, managing delivery risks, and ensuring teams remain focused on agreed objectives. You will lead day-to-day product operations across Trinity’s products and innovation research projects, collaborating with various teams to keep projects on track and deliver key milestones.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful delivery of Trinity College London's agreed Innovation Roadmap
- Support the launch of new products across our education technology portfolio
- Maintain momentum across established product initiatives
- Coordinate priorities

- Lead day-to-day product operations across Trinity’s products and innovation research projects
- Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, designers, researchers, and business stakeholders to keep projects on track and deliver key milestones
Requirements
- Significant experience managing and delivering digital products or product portfolios
- Strong operational and delivery leadership skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design and commercial stakeholders
- A solid understanding of product management, user research and agile delivery practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
- The ability to quickly understand existing priorities and deliver against agreed objectives
- Experience within education technology, digital learning or AI-enabled products would be advantageous
- Ability to hit the ground running, work effectively within an established team, and provide dependable leadership
