About the Role
Artic Building Services Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee assigned contracts, ensuring operational and technical standards are met. This role involves managing contractual, operational, and financial responsibilities for high-profile contracts within the M&E and Facilities Management sector.
Responsibilities
- Ensure assigned contracts meet operational and technical service delivery standards.
- Ensure all site works are delivered safely and in adherence to company Health & Safety protocols.
- Manage contracts in accordance with company procedures, operational and financial processes, Client Contract KPIs, and work instructions.
- Manage and report on budgets and expenditures.
- Maintain up-to-date site and back-office records and compliance data.
- Operate within financial budget constraints, providing cost-effective services.
- Oversee process and site conduct for all staff related to company services on contracts.
- Develop operating procedures and policies for best working practices.
- Meet key performance and management indicators.
- Develop client relationships to ensure contract retention and future opportunities.
- Provide detailed quotes on contract plant/services with full scope and cost breakdown.
- Undertake quality assurance inspections on delivered works.
- Review core Company CAFM reports weekly to ensure they are within expected parameters.
- Attend monthly contract review meetings and produce reports.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the client and Artic support staff.
Requirements
- Experience managing high-profile acute contracts with overall contractual, operational, and financial responsibility.
- Experience in delivering robust performance and KPI reporting to clients.
- Proven track record of managing account P&L for multiple contracts.
- Ability to lead and foster a positive working environment.
