About the Role

The client is seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer/Technician for their Accident Repair/Bodyshop in Harrow. This role involves operating a spray booth, preparing vehicles, mixing colors, and ensuring painted jobs meet quality standards, all while adhering to BSI PAS 10125 standards.

Responsibilities

• Run the spray booth.
• Check vehicle masking and preparation standards.
• Mix and match colours.
• Verify painted jobs are acceptable for refitting.
• Carry out high-volume repairs to BSI PAS 10125 standards.
• Ensure all tasks follow Health and Safety guidelines.
• Wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Keep work areas clean and tidy.

Requirements

• Must be able to plan workload effectively to meet agreed timescales.
• Must be able to work skillfully and safely under pressure.
• Must be able to carry out work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Must be flexible in approach.
• Must continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Must have 2 years of experience in vehicle paint spraying.
