Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on LEVC products, including pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles.

Complete scheduled vehicle servicing and repair in line with manufacturer guidelines.
Undertake diagnostic activities to identify causes and solutions for customer vehicle issues.
Ensure vehicle servicing activities are completed in a safe and high-quality manner, in line with manufacturer requirements.
Liaise directly with customers and service advisors, providing outstanding customer service.
Conduct electronic visual health checks on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations for customers.
Complete necessary documentation in respect to warranty work.
Maintain a clean and safe work bay.

Strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Have a track record of delivering results as an automotive technician within the franchised automotive sector.
Experienced supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business.
Must have own tools available and a clean valid UK Driving Licence.

Formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification)
