About the Role
DataForce is seeking a motivated remote Scheduler to schedule recording sessions for a Data Collection project in London, UK. The Scheduler will ensure project runs smoothly, appointments are efficiently scheduled and managed, and deadlines are met. This role is the first point of contact between the team and study participants.
Responsibilities
- Validate candidates via phone call according to project requirements
- Check candidate availability for the project
- Answer candidate questions
- Provide logistic information
- Schedule candidates for session times
- Send reminders to participants to ensure attendance
- Fill session schedule days in advance
- Communicate daily schedule updates to the project team
Requirements
- Idiomatic fluency in Mesopotamian Arabic
- Ability to adapt to the CET time zone
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities through applied feedback and shifting focus quickly as project needs evolve
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills including phone, email, and electronic media communication
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Experience working in a team
