About the Role
Support the Buying & Merchandising Department in stock distribution to maximize sales, acting as an internal liaison between Retail and Distribution Teams to drive efficiency and support the seasonal Merchandising Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product life cycle from allocation to full-price stores, through to off-price and liquidation.
- Provide weekly sales and inventory reports, taking action to replenish and redistribute stock.
- Own the Delivery Schedule, ensuring stock delivery to stores according to plan.
- Liaise with the Distribution Centre, Stock & Logistics Specialist, and stores to ensure stock accuracy.
- Provide replenishment forecasts to the Distribution Centre.
- Upload and maintain accurate prices on systems, including markdowns.
- Monitor continuity lines and reorder as appropriate.
- Support Ecommerce and Customer Service Teams.
- Produce seasonal collection guides for retail training and communicate changes to stores.
- Contribute to the company’s sustainability objectives.
- Attend cross-departmental meetings and execute tasks.
- Support team projects and ad hoc administration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal, numerical, and analytical skills.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups etc).
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize work.
- Experience with SAP/ RMIS/ Supply Stream/ Shopify is advantageous.
- Strong connection with our brand identity.
- Proactive and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
