About the Role
As a Quality Leader for the R-Car series automotive SoC design team, you will be responsible for organizing and supplementing design quality across the team. You will work collaboratively with the design team to improve overall design quality, focusing on the SoC as a whole rather than specific IPs or functions.
Responsibilities
- Organize and supplement design quality across the R-Car series automotive SoC design team.
- Oversee design content and development processes from a quality and risk perspective, with a broad view of the entire SoC.
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions, organizing key points and sharing insights from a quality and risk standpoint to support design decisions.
- Advance development by organizing the causes and backgrounds of defects and development issues, and considering recurrence prevention measures.
- Promote global development by collaborating with domestic and international design sites and stakeholders, including technical meetings and specification confirmations in English.
Requirements
- Experience in SoC or semiconductor design and development, with involvement in quality and risk assessment of design content and development processes.
- Experience in a role providing quality or risk-related feedback and opinions through design reviews and technical discussions.
- Continuous involvement in organizing the causes and backgrounds of defects and development issues, and in recurrence prevention measures.
- Experience in a role that incorporates a quality perspective while driving development as part of a design team.
- Comfort with technical meetings and specification confirmations in English.
