About the Role
Vivira offers a digital movement therapy solution via app, providing accessible, effective, and insurance-reimbursed treatment for back problems, the most common cause of work incapacity in Germany. This role is central to evolving and expanding our digital therapy offerings, improving how we support patients and doctors in treating musculoskeletal pain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand existing digital therapy offerings.
- Drive improvements in patient and doctor support for musculoskeletal pain treatment.
- Take responsibility for a core product or growth area across patient, therapy, or practice journeys.
- Act as an interface between medical relevance, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and commercial success.
- Conceive, validate, and prioritize new product and service ideas.
- Prepare product and service ideas for implementation.
- Lay the foundation for expanding the product and service portfolio.
- Strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Create sustainable added value beyond the therapy phase.
Requirements
- Several years of in-depth experience in Product Management (typically 5+ years), e.g., as Senior, Lead, or Principal Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Experience ideally in Digital Health, MedTech, DiGA, or similar fields.
- Proven experience owning a digital product area independently.
- Demonstrated ability to show how decisions have impacted user and business outcomes.
- Experience with outcome-oriented product development, making data-driven decisions.
- Confident communication with C-level, Engineering, Regulatory, and Clinical teams.
- Strong empathy for the medical context.
- Proactive and solution-oriented hands-on mentality.
- Pragmatic use of AI in discovery, research, analysis, or prototyping.
- Ability to assess where AI accelerates product work and where human judgment is crucial.
- Fluent English (company language).
