About the Role
As a sales representative for the Tochigi and Saitama areas, you will be responsible for sales activities and providing information, focusing on disposable surgical products like gloves and gowns, where our company holds a top-class market share.
Responsibilities
- Act as a sales representative for the Tochigi and Saitama areas, conducting sales activities and providing information.
- Conduct regular visits and interviews to understand and propose solutions for medical institutions' challenges and issues.
- Share insights on challenges, issues, and market trends with the company.
- Acquire necessary knowledge and skills to take leadership in the market within the assigned area.
- Maintain close communication with your supervisor and execute agreed-upon plans and instructions.
- Prioritize teamwork within the branch and area, acting with a selfless mindset.
- Visit hospitals (including clinics) and sales agents in the assigned areas to conduct sales activities for medical devices.
- Collaborate with sales representatives from distributors to expand sales, gathering information from hospitals and distributors as needed to understand customer needs.
Requirements
- Ability to commute and work continuously in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
- Proficiency in creating documents and performing analysis using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Valid Japanese driver's license (Type 1 Ordinary Automobile).
