About the Role
This role is responsible for the total coordination from order to delivery of approximately 240,000 types of products that support cutting-edge research and medicine (reagents, medical devices, etc.). It involves coordinating internally and externally to ensure "necessary items are delivered reliably at the necessary time," rather than simple administrative tasks. You will be expected to identify, propose, and complete improvements for issues that arise during daily operations using ERP (E1/SAP).
Responsibilities
- Order processing, inventory, price, and product information confirmation
- Shipment arrangements and creation of various documents
- Coordination with sales and related departments
- Propose improvements to business processes and establish rules

Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in customer service (customer support, inquiry handling, order/shipment processing using systems, regardless of industry)
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle E1) or in-house systems
- Experience in business process improvement or projects, or a problem-solving attitude with a sense of課題
- Basic operation of Microsoft Excel/Word (e.g., searching information in Excel databases while handling customer inquiries, updating work manuals in Word)
- Japanese communication skills to handle customer inquiries
- Proactive and positive attitude towards learning opportunities
- Team player mindset, able to collaborate with other departments
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree (including vocational school)
