About the Role
As a Support Technician, you will be involved in the entire repair journey, from device check-in to fault diagnosis and Level 2 repairs. Your role focuses on repair technology, contributing to team KPIs by ensuring high standards, managing stock, and determining warranty status.
Responsibilities
- Manage stock and part orders
- Diagnose faults
- Conduct Level 2 repairs with 100% functionality
- Ensure real-time service tracking against KPI
- Perform in/out quality controls
- Complete out of box checks
- Determine warranty status of devices
- Provide insurance possibilities for out-of-warranty repairs
- Log claims in internal systems
- Take payments for out-of-warranty repairs
- Ensure repairs meet the highest standards
- Maintain sufficient stock levels
Requirements
- Experienced in dealing with fast-paced/quick turn-over repairs
- Experienced in dealing with Samsung phone repairs at level 2
- Experience working on repairs individually and within a team
- Some experience with customer complaints on aftercare and alterations
- Liaising with different departments to meet specific customer needs
- Inventory management / Stock control
- Working towards specific deadlines & KPI targets
