About the Role

Team Creation is seeking an experienced C++ Developer to contribute to the development of high-performance backend systems within our Gaming platform. This role involves hands-on engineering and technical leadership, focusing on C++, distributed systems, and high concurrency server applications.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and evolution of technology strategies, roadmaps, and system reviews.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in a microservices architecture.
• Establish and promote coding standards, review processes, and engineering best practices.
• Support troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in C++ backend development.
• Extensive experience with multi-threading and concurrency.
• Experience building high-load server applications, particularly using TCP-based protocols.
• Solid experience with relational databases (SQL-based systems), including query optimization and schema design.
• Familiarity with web security best practices.
• Experience working with gaming products or similar performance-critical applications is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases or similar enterprise-level database systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Chinese is a plus.
