About the Role
This is a high-profile role that will report directly to the SVP, Global Operations and works and collaborates cross-functionally across the global business. Coming from a background in Financial Services and specifically with complex global payment operations, you will be working on a number of high profile improvement projects within the operations team.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the timely delivery of projects, that meet or exceed the agreed-upon metrics and/or goals
- Acting as a key driver for change within the business units aligned to supporting project execution and toll-gating
- Helping all impacted departments to learn, understand, and grow with the transformation
- Conducting in-depth analyses, including data collection, data analyses, and synthesis of data to generate key insights for projects
- Developing presentations for senior management to facilitate discussions on project or program progress, results and any additional assistance needed from them
- Generating insights based on tools including customer interviews, market research, discussions with subject matter experts, focus groups, and surveys
- Ensuring disciplined, data-driven, well-documented approaches to improving end-to-end operational performance led by voice of the customer
- Quantifying impact of projects on financials, productivity, customer experience and compliance
- Promoting a risk-aware culture; ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes
- Developing and maintain positive relationships with senior leadership
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in leading operational teams and/or client management function
- Experience in change management and stakeholder management
- Highly motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives with minimal direction
- Capacity to think strategically and innovatively

Salary/Compensations
- $110,000 - $150,000 CAD plus an annual bonus
