About the Role

Our client is seeking an Operations Manager for their Berlin workshop. This role involves a central leadership function in daily operations, ensuring the effective integration of people, processes, quality, and performance. The company focuses on giving high-quality e-bikes a second life, combining sustainable mobility with a scalable, international business model.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team leads and operational teams.
• Steer relevant KPIs related to productivity, quality, and output.
• Conduct performance and feedback discussions and set clear goals.
• Maintain operational presence on the floor and provide rapid problem-solving in daily business.
• Optimize and further develop existing processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Mechanics and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Operations Management.
• Experience with frontline / blue-collar teams.
• Ideally, leadership experience with team leads or other managers.
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working closely with daily operations.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and data-driven work approach.
• Background in Warehouse, Fulfillment, Grocery, Mobility, Fleet, Logistics, or Production is advantageous.
• German and English proficiency for daily work.
