About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to contribute to the growth of our clients and the expansion of our team's revenue within the Japanese advertising business, focusing on high-involvement product categories such as automotive, telecommunications, home electronics, real estate, and finance. This role involves leading problem-solving for advertisers, aiming for long-term business expansion through data analysis and proposals based on ad delivery data, in collaboration with Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Data analysis to maximize advertising effectiveness
- Account improvement proposals to advertisers/ad agency representatives
- KPI proposals based on business challenges and marketing strategies
- Building industry knowledge and providing feedback to the product team
- Building relationships with advertisers and ad agencies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, particularly with advertisers
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising from proposal to performance verification, with experience in account management and direction
- High commitment to client results
- Ability to commute to the office at least 3 days a week
- Experience utilizing AI for business promotion and efficiency
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
