  • Support regional coordination of priority initiatives (e.g., enablement programs, migrations, product launches), maintaining plans, risks, dependencies, and progress trackers.
  • Drive readiness across onboarding, servicing, billing, and support in partnership with Product, Ops, Enablement, and Client Platform.
  • Prepare governance materials (steerco packs, status updates, OKR tracking) and enable decision-making rhythms.
  • Collaborate with control partners to ensure risk, controls, and regulatory considerations are embedded into execution.
  • Document client and partner feedback and feed insights back into strategy and product roadmaps.
  • Support AI initiatives in the region to drive adoption across functions and act as coordinator for the region working closely with the AI Hub to understand how firmwide initiatives can be leveraged by GP&T teams in EMEA.
  • Support training initiatives cross functions regarding market trends.
  • Support EMEA Strategy lead in conducting market research on regulatory trends, competitive moves, client needs, and payment rail dynamics in EMEA.
  • Build concise insight briefs and recommendations for strategy, commercial plays, and enablement.

  • Benchmark GP&T offerings versus competitors to identify differentiation opportunities and risks.
  • Support thought leadership content in partnership with Commercial Leads, Marketing, and Product.
  • Lead the annual planning process in partnership with Finance, Strategy and Commercial team; align targets by segment, country, and corridor.
