About the Role
The Data Analyst supports IFM's Client Experience, Data & Insights team by transforming marketing, client and digital data into actionable insights that support business decision-making, client engagement and growth. This role is suited to a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical capability, curiosity and a desire to build practical skills in data analysis, reporting and insight generation. Working across teams in London, New York and Melbourne, the role will support the development of dashboards, reporting, customer insights and marketing analytics that help improve client experience and commercial outcomes. The role provides an opportunity to develop expertise in data visualisation, marketing analytics, CRM data, customer insights and emerging AI-enabled analytics tools.

- Transform marketing, client and digital data into actionable insights.

Requirements
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, marketing analytics, business analytics or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience using Excel to analyse, interpret and present data.
- Exposure to reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
- Understanding of marketing performance metrics and customer analytics.
- Interest in financial markets and investment management.
- Strong problem-solving capability and experience synthesising data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of how analytics and data-driven decision-making support business outcomes.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and data structures.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer data.
- Understanding of key marketing channels and associated performance metrics.
- Exposure to data visualisation and reporting tools.
- Awareness of data governance and data quality best practices.
