About the Role
Kepler is seeking a full-time Accounts Assistant to support finance processes, reporting to the Finance Manager and working with the Finance Director. This entry-level role encourages candidates to detail their interest and contributions in their cover letter. The position is based in our London office with a hybrid work policy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts payable process, including capturing invoices into Xero and managing authorization.
- Set up the weekly payment run to suppliers.
- Maintain accurate supplier and client records.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Process employee expenses to meet payroll deadlines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and clients.
- Issue client statements and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Assist with month-end journals such as depreciation, prepayments, and accruals.
- Review and record corporate credit card transactions.
Requirements
- Experience with AP/AR processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good people and communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good Excel skills.
- Comfortable communicating internally with employees and externally with third parties.
- Experience with Xero is desirable but not essential.
- Must be able to work in the UK without sponsorship.

- £28,000 per annum
