About the Role
You will be part of our Space & Event Team, supporting with approximately 16-20 hours per week in the organization and tasks related to these areas. You will proactively support our Space Team in organizing and coordinating diverse activities and projects at CityLAB. You will act as a point of contact for external and internal inquiries and usage interests in our innovative offerings to ensure smooth interaction. You will contribute to the planning, conception, and execution of our CityLAB events, both on-site and at external formats. You will engage visitors with your approach, guiding them through our interactive exhibition and conveying our vision of urban development and digital innovation. You will be the friendly face of our organization twice a week, serving as the first point of contact at the CityLAB reception. You will confidently handle visitor concerns and provide support to colleagues.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A true organizational talent, working independently, structured, and goal-oriented.
- Intrinsic interest and passion for innovation, digitalization, sustainable urban development, and the transformation of modern administrative processes.
- Confident use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong tech affinity and interest in digital tools and processes.
- Proactive, appreciative, and reliable communication.
- Native-level German language skills.
