Responsibilities
- Support large-scale operational engagements spanning claims, complaints, remediation, grants and regulatory response programs.
- Map remediation processes for major insurers.
- Analyze workflow issues in complaints programs.
- Contribute to high-volume claims assessment for public sector clients.
- Solve complex delivery challenges using process mapping, data analysis, project support and technology.
- Collaborate with specialists across operational excellence, regulation, methodology, quality, project management and technology.
- Build consulting and operational problem-solving capability.
Requirements
- Experience in financial services or public sector environments (e.g., banking, insurance, superannuation, investments, lending, credit, or service delivery).
- Experience supporting operational projects, remediation activities, investigations, or program delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to process mapping, data analysis, or operational improvement.
- Confidence working in evolving environments with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- A thoughtful approach to balancing quality, risk, and customer outcomes.
- Strong communication skills.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset.
- Experience in claims, complaints, remediation, or regulatory programs is highly regarded.
