About the Role
Join Amplifon as a Hearing Aid Acoustician (m/f/d) in Berlin-Lichtenrade and help people rediscover the emotions of sound.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer-oriented sales and consultation discussions, including hearing tests, and develop individual solutions for customers.
- Create unique customer experiences through structured sales routines and efficient processes.
- Advise on hearing system care and accessories, strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct telephone outreach to existing customers and organize local marketing activities.
- Maintain up-to-date customer data and support the store through scheduling, appointment management, and order processing.
