About the Role
We are looking for you for our newly established Flow Team at the earliest possible date for our facilities in Berlin Mitte, Friedrichshain, and Charlottenburg in the area of participation. You want to receive your self-desired services and work flexibly, as your family situation, studies, or hobbies do not allow otherwise.
Responsibilities
- You accompany older people, people with cognitive and/or psychological impairments in everyday life.
- You can contribute your skills and knowledge to the team.
- You support people with mental, physical, and/or multiple impairments in their daily lives.
- You support residents living in the neighborhood in managing their daily lives and realizing their wishes regarding their own life design.
- People with severe chronic-psychological impairments are individually accompanied and supported on-site by a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- You have experience in dealing with people with disabilities.
- You keep a cool head in crisis situations and are capable of acting.

Salary/Compensations
- Grundgehalt: ab 3.998 €
- Kinderzuschlag pro Kind: ca. 88 €
- Außertarifliche Zulage Flow Team: 80 €
- 4.166 € brutto + weitere Schichtzulagen + Jahressonderzahlung (13. Monatsgehalt anteilig 50 % ausgezahlt im Juni und November)
