About the Role
We are seeking excellent full-time engineers to design logical and physical software architectures for AD/ADAS systems. This role involves actively managing the entire architecture design process, from acquiring various requirements to determining the placement of software functions considering physical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Design integrated AD/ADAS software architecture specifications for embedded software systems.
- Acquire and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prioritize requirements and design AD/ADAS software architectures that optimally meet them.
- Consider hardware constraints when determining the placement of CPUs and software components, and design soft scheduling.
- Design and manage the usage of other hardware resources such as memory.
- Evaluate hardware usage, including processing load and memory size, and plan countermeasures for usage overruns.
- Create software architecture design strategies and development processes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of embedded software development (e.g., over 4 years of practical experience in embedded software development).
- Practical experience in acquiring, analyzing, and defining requirements for embedded software development.
- Knowledge of software platforms and middleware (e.g., POSIX, RTOS, Ubuntu, ROS, QNX).
