About the Role

The Estrel is Europe's largest hotel, congress, and entertainment center, featuring 1,125 rooms and suites, multiple dining and bar options, a congress center, and the live show 'Stars in Concert'. With 1,200 events annually, it's a top-tier congress and event location. A diverse team of 550 employees from 23 nations serves national and international guests. The Estrel Tower is currently under construction, set to expand the 'Estrel World' by the end of 2026.

Responsibilities

Conceive, manage, and implement company-wide digitalization and IT transformation projects.
Analyze, model, and further develop business and IT processes as a basis for digital solutions.
Create project documentation.
Further develop IT architectures and analyze/optimize the existing process and system landscape.
Ensure integration, scalability, and performance of new systems.
Translate business requirements from operational areas into practical, implementable IT solutions.
Further develop governance, quality, and project standards in the IT and digital environment.
Actively support change and transformation processes.

Requirements

Several years of experience in project management for digitalization and IT transformation projects.
Very good understanding of modern IT architectures (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud and hybrid infrastructures, APIs).
Strong competence in process analysis, modeling, and structured documentation.
Experience in evaluating software solutions.
Change management experience and the ability to present complex content understandably and target-group-oriented.
Strategic mindset with strong implementation skills.
Structured, solution-oriented, and team-oriented work style, with enjoyment in complex tasks and solution concepts.
Confident demeanor and strong communication skills when interacting with departments and management.
Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
