Responsibilities

Work directly with the founders on their highest-priority projects.
Own discrete projects across sales, customer success, product, engineering, and hiring from initiation to completion.
Conduct research, analysis, and preparatory work for significant decisions, including board materials, hiring plans, and go-to-market strategies.
Address urgent, undefined tasks independently and complete them effectively.
Manage operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth company operations.
Oversee follow-ups and coordination to prevent issues from arising and proactively flag potential problems.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup, VC firm, or similar high-intensity environment.
Demonstrated bias toward action and the ability to figure things out independently.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
A strong work ethic, ambition, and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed.
A deep sense of mission, trustworthiness, and discretion.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
