You will be part of a newly established marketing team, actively shaping processes, structures, and work methods. We are looking for individuals who take responsibility, act pragmatically, and drive initiatives independently.
Responsibilities
- Planning, managing, and overseeing marketing campaigns from conception to evaluation.
- Close collaboration with the departments of ticketing, merchandising, membership, and marketing.
- Developing target group-oriented campaigns and marketing concepts.
- Coordinating internal stakeholders as well as external service providers and agencies.
- Managing projects, budgets, and timelines.
- Analyzing campaign successes and deriving optimization measures.
- Identifying new marketing and growth potentials.
Requirements
- Professional experience in marketing, campaign management, or a comparable role.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Experience in project management and managing multiple topics simultaneously.
- Understanding of target groups, sales, and commercial contexts.
- Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility.
- Proficient use of digital marketing channels.
- Experience in the sports or football environment, as well as interest in AI-supported working methods and new marketing technologies are advantageous, but not a must.
