About the Role
Join Amplifon as a Certified Hearing Aid Acoustician (m/f/d) in Berlin-Friedrichsfelde and help people rediscover the emotions of sound.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales and consultation discussions and hearing tests, developing individual solutions for customers.
- Ensure a unique customer experience through structured sales routines and efficient processes.
- Advise on hearing system care and accessories to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Conduct telephone outreach to existing customers and organize local marketing activities.
- Maintain up-to-date customer data and support the store through scheduling, appointment management, and order processing.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a Certified Hearing Aid Acoustician (m/f/d).
