Bring your hospitality flair to life by crafting memorable tea experiences for every customer. Create an immersive retail journey, engage the senses by showcasing T2’s unique teas and tea ware. Deliver exceptional, world-class customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Support store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising to brand standards. Responsibilities

Craft memorable tea experiences for every customer
Create an immersive retail journey, engaging the senses by showcasing T2’s unique teas and tea ware
Deliver exceptional, world-class customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Support store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising to brand standards
Maintain a safe environment by following health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Passionate about customer experience, with a hospitality or service mindset
Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment (café, retail, or service experience highly valued)
A proactive, self-motivated learner who loves trying new things
A natural communicator with strong people skills
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous
