About the Role
Join Mode Kitchen & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will craft unforgettable experiences for guests by creating moments of joy, delight, and connection through exceptional service, from greeting guests to serving exquisite dishes and contributing to special events.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable dining experience
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist guests with menu recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, bar, and service areas
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service during peak times
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, including food, beverages, and wine offerings
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations
- Support with special events, functions, and large bookings when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in food and beverage service (preferred but not essential)
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for customer service
