About the Role

Shape the Future of Logistics Infrastructure. We are looking for a talented and entrepreneurial Project Manager to join our Project Management team and help deliver some of Japan's most innovative and large-scale logistics developments. This is an opportunity to work on landmark projects, including next-generation logistics hubs and large-scale mixed-use developments, from concept through completion. You will play a critical role in creating market-leading assets that support the evolving needs of customers, communities, and the broader supply chain ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Managing logistics development projects from planning through execution
  • Developing project concepts and product strategies
  • Leading the planning and delivery of logistics facilities and large-scale developments
  • Managing project economics, business plans, and value creation initiatives
  • Supporting land acquisition and development activities
  • Driving procurement strategies and vendor selection processes
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
  • Coordinating closely with internal design, engineering, leasing, investment, and operations teams
  • Building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and development partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, development planning, investment projects, or related fields
  • Experience managing project economics and business performance
  • Ability to evaluate opportunities and enhance project value through innovative planning and execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with contractors, consultants, or large external vendor networks
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate ideas into successful development projects
  • Experience leading large-scale real estate developments
  • Experience with mixed-use developments, urban development, or placemaking initiatives
  • Exposure to logistics, industrial, infrastructure, data center, or commercial real estate projects
  • Proven track record of delivering complex development projects from concept to completion
  • Take ownership and drive projects forward
  • Communicate clearly and influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Build trust and alignment across complex organizations
  • Think strategically while remaining highly execution-focused
