About the Role

As an AMC Crew member, you will be responsible for making the guest experience a success by performing various roles including greeting guests, selling concessions, checking tickets, and maintaining cleanliness. The role offers opportunities to build new skills and be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and create memorable moments.
• Use AMC’s POS system to handle transactions with speed and accuracy.
• Engage in sales techniques to boost guest experience and loyalty card sign-ups.
• Prepare concessions safely and efficiently.
• Keep theatres, lobbies, and restrooms clean and welcoming.
• Follow instructions on safe use of all chemicals/cleaning materials.
• Check tickets and direct guests to their auditorium.
• Help enforce the movie rating system respectfully and clearly.
• Monitor auditoriums for technical quality, audience behavior, and potential piracy.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support fellow crew members.
• Help create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and respected.
• Adhere to AMC Wardrobe 101 Standards.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor.
• Uphold AMC’s standards by adhering to all Company Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• No experience is necessary.
• Requires evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability.
• Be a reliable teammate by showing up on time.
• Willing to complete required training and certifications.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ready to work in a fast-paced, fun environment.
• A love for movies and a passion for creating a fantastic experience for every guest.
• Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet.
