About the Role

As a Bartender at AMC, you will bring energy and a personal touch to the guest experience, delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced setting. You will craft memorable moments, lead through hospitality, own the guest experience, and communicate with care to ensure every guest feels they belong. AMC provides all necessary training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and serve drinks.
• Mix drinks and pour perfect portions using provided training.
• Suggest featured and premium beverages.
• Check IDs and ensure service to guests 21 and older, following all laws and guidelines.
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked.
• Open and close the bar at the start and end of the day.
• Follow instructions on safe use of chemicals and cleaning materials.
• Work as part of a team, supporting fellow bartenders.
• Help create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and respected.
• Adhere to AMC Wardrobe 101 Standards.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor.
• Uphold AMC's standards by adhering to all Company Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bartender experience is appreciated but not required.
• Requires evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability.
• Must be a reliable teammate by showing up on time.
• Willing to complete required training and certifications.
• Must have a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Must possess strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Must be ready to work in a fast-paced, fun environment.
• Must have a love for movies and a passion for creating a fantastic experience for every guest.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend on a frequent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet or deposit into a dumpster or trash compactor.
