About the Role

Join one of the fastest-growing sectors in global investing. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to support the investment, development, and operation of mission-critical digital infrastructure assets, including data centers. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, investments, fund management, and digital infrastructure, partnering with various specialists and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage cash flows, capital calls, and financial operations for funds and special purpose vehicles (SPVs/SPCs).
Support accounting, tax, and financial reporting requirements.
Analyze and address accounting matters under both JGAAP and IFRS.
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors on fund and investment-related matters.
Support fund formation and investment structuring initiatives.
Assist with financial analysis related to investments, development projects, and portfolio activities.
Participate in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives, including system implementation projects.
Build effective working relationships with global stakeholders and service providers.

Requirements

Experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, fund operations, or related fields.
Knowledge of JGAAP and/or IFRS.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Fluent Japanese and professional English communication skills.
