Responsibilities

• Contribute to stable production and stable shipment as a manufacturing team leader, and contribute to productivity improvement through improvement activities based on lean manufacturing.
• Assembly, inspection, and adjustment of products on the manufacturing line.
• Identification of problems in the manufacturing process and proposal of solutions.
• Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Compliance with quality control standards and participation in quality improvement activities.
• Accurate creation and management of manufacturing records.
• Compliance with safety and health regulations and maintenance of a safe working environment.
• Cooperation and communication within the manufacturing team.
• Contribution to the standardization and efficiency of manufacturing processes.
• Cooperation with related departments (design, engineering, etc.).

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher (graduates of industrial/technical fields are desirable).
• 2 or more years of practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Basic knowledge of quality control.
• Problem-solving ability and a team-oriented attitude.
• Japanese communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is desirable.
• English communication skills are desirable.
