About the Role

Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time, 30-hour Floating Customer Service Representative for its Woodsville, New Hampshire branch. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in banking, focusing on obtaining general banking knowledge and mastering routine transactions, including account opening. As a Floating Representative, you will travel between assigned branches to provide support where needed.

Responsibilities

Provide professional and confidential customer service by operating a customer service window with courtesy, promptness, and efficiency.
Accurately process a wide variety of simple-to-complex customer banking transactions, including opening new accounts.
Process a variety of basic transactions for customers.
Carry out opening and closing procedures efficiently.
Navigate effectively through frontline software applications.
Learn to recognize opportunities to cross-sell and make partner referrals.
Consistently meet established standards for providing consistent service of the highest level for all customers as outlined in the Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Brand Best Practices guide.

Requirements

Experience with cash is helpful.
On the job training is provided.
An interest and experience in customer service are essential.
A working knowledge of Windows is essential.
An individual who enjoys being part of a fast-paced, team environment will be best matched for this position.
