About the Role
The Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team, within the Capital Solutions Group (CSG), advises clients on a wide range of debt financing solutions. DCM professionals collaborate across the firm, gaining exposure to diverse financing products and strategic client situations.
Responsibilities
- Support the structuring and execution of a broad range of debt financing transactions.
- Analyze corporate financial statements, capital structures, and credit profiles.
- Develop financial analyses and models to evaluate financing alternatives.
- Prepare client presentations, market updates, and transaction materials.
- Assist in managing transaction processes and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor capital markets, financing trends, and investor sentiment.
- Work closely with senior bankers and product specialists to deliver financing solutions to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1-6 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or related financial markets roles.
- Strong understanding of corporate balance sheets, capital structure, credit analysis, and fixed income products.
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Native-level Japanese language skills and strong English communication skills.
- Outstanding academic and professional achievement.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and regions.
